How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once shipped, orders will take 2 - 7 business days to arrive depending on the method you choose. During holidays or times of high demand, orders may take 10-15 business days.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. If for some reason, you have not received an email with your tracking information, please check your spam or other filtered folders. Not there? Email us at email@example.com.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders that are $90 or more. Otherwise, the cost of shipping will depend on the size of your order and will be calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but soon! As our business grows, we will add more cities and countries to our reach.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processing system. Rest assured that we do not store your credit card information. You also have the option to make your purchase using Paypal.
We are truly grateful that you decided to shop our small business. All of our items are handmade to order with lots of love. For that reason, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. We triple inspect all of our packages before they head to you. If for some reason an item is damaged, please alert us immediately and we will do everything in our power to make things right.
